Lentil and Red Pepper Soup


Very easy

Two cups of red lentils, a large red pepper three cloves of garlic. Pour over a two pints of boiling water simmer for 30 minutes . Puree
It was very cold today raining cannot believe that in August I was making a warming lentil soup but it did taste very good. Hoping its nice and sunny for my day off tommorrow , planning to hit a few food shops
